a daily walk

I just started going on a daily walk this week and It has been so therapeutic.


gardening

I’ve recently started gardening more and I find it so calming and relaxing. It is something I’ve always wanted to spend more time on but never felt like I had the “time” (aka I didn’t prioritize it). Stay tuned for some before and afters! Love this watering can!


A CUP OF TEA

You all know how much I love tea! The ritual, the taste, the transformation…all of it. Take a moment for yourself and make a cup of tea this weekend. I love loose leaf because it takes more time to make and slows everything down. This heart steeper is one of my favorites and having a few special mugs that you love really helps too!


fancy Friday

I started this last month and it has been my best mood shifter. Friday is actually the toughest day for me to get up and get dressed so this extra motivation has made all of the difference.
