Huffington Post - The Myth of Sustainable Fashion. A very interesting read as I continue to learn about sustainability in the fashion world. It seems many brands are forgetting a very big part of creating a more sustainable world - buying less. “In H&M’s case, having some ‘sustainable’ materials in the mix makes little difference when in 2018 they overproduced $4.3 billion worth of goods”, the article goes on to say.

The New York Times - How not to get sick while traveling. Is it on your mind because its definitely on mine. I had planned to visit my best friend in Nashville for Winter break with Luke and Harrison but have decided to cancel. I may end up going by myself but I don’t want to take any unnecessary risks with the boys while there are still so many unknowns. This article had me googling “N95 respirator masks”. There is new information about the Coronavirus every day - my feeling is to read, stay informed, be prepared, and try not to overreact.

Bon Appétit - Don’t bake another thing before you read this. 10 non-negotiables just released by Better Baking. From parchment paper to the proper way to measure flour, make sure you give these a careful look. My biggest problem with baking is measure TBH AND the fact that I never have the size pan the recipe calls for so I always end up winging it. I’m better with a dash of this and a splash of that:)

Vanity Fair - Mike Bloomberg wants to build an influencer army. If you have between 1,000-100,000 followers on Instagram or Twitter you could get paid by his campaign for posting.

podcast - Eating to beat disease. The first time I’ve ever listened to a podcast and immediately ordered its guest’s book. I’ve always been very interested in the relationship between what we eat and how we feel. I myself have had huge success with transforming my diet in the name of health. you can read about my stomach issues in this post. According to Harvard physician William Li, mangos are the golden food, dark chocolate mobilizes stem cells, and your daily cup of Joe can delay aging.

make - One-Pot-Style Meals for the Pressure Cooker, Skillet, and Sheet Pan. Our favorite is the skillet baked eggs and here is an oldie but goodie from Half Baked Harvest, One Skillet Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken and Orzo. It is SO easy to make and a crowd pleaser! This is my favorite cast iron skillet.

runway - My favorite show from NYFW so far? Tory Burch killed it.

wear - STRIPES! It’s not quite Spring yet, but you can give your wardrobe a refresh with this classic style.
